The Executive Board of Teamsters Local 651, International Brotherhood of
Teamsters, hereby give NOTICE of the intention to AMEND the Bylaws of
Teamsters Local Union No. 651 at the General Membership Meeting on
November 16, 2008 at the Local 651 Union Hall at 2:00pm.
The proposed Amended Bylaws shall be read at said meeting and discussed.

A VOTE on the proposed Amended Bylaws shall be held at the General Membership
meeting on December 12, 2008 at the Local 651 Union Hall at 7:00pm.
Said amendments may be adopted by a majority vote of those present and voting.
